Bookings

For bookings we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer, credit card or postal order.

Early departure

In the event of early departure before/arrival after the period booked, guests will nevertheless be required to pay the full amount.

Payment methods

The balance for the booking must be paid directly in the hotel in cash (up to a maximum of €1,999), debit card or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and Postepay)

Check in and Check out

Rooms are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
Please let the hotel know if you wish to check-in after 22.00.

Pets

Small pets are allowed at a cost of €15 per day. For hygiene reasons they are not admitted to the restaurant or the wellbeing centre.

Smokers

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is a mandatory charge to be paid in the Hotel and costs €2.50 per person per day (14 year-olds upwards).
